Top Psi at .3 WTF???

I can't seem to go past .3 at all why? help!...

is that .3 BAR? What spring did u get on your wastegate? Try adjusting the boost through your DeltaGate.

Did u just install it? or have u been running more boost and all of a sudden now u r only hiting 3?

one of your intercooler connections is prob leaking..if you gauge is accurate and your wastegate is ok

I was under the impression that the wastegate was set to 7psi. But isn't like .5 only 6 (around there). I never have gotten on it a lot to get past .3 or at least in the gauge that's what it would show. Any other ideas? suggestions? How would I know what psi the wastegate is set to?
