If you build a Proper Turbo setup , you wont have a need for some crazy Toda cams , Just use some GSR/ITR cams .
It all depends on your setup and what you want from it .
But your question is very vague , be more specific next time .

Even on 500whp power goals, Toda cams of any size other than Toda As are unncessary. STock GS-Rs and Type Rs do MORE than the job when it comes to boost.

I agree.

Us Honda guys are so lucky, but not many of us realize it. Stock Honda heads and cams flow very well. We can get away with running stock-port heads and OEM cams even for very high hp. There's really no need to upgrade to some wildly aggressive cam for your goals. That's not to say you wont see gains, but for the money you spend, it might not be worthwhile

I actually have some Toda spec B cams just sitting around... Would there be too much duration for a Bone stock B16 Turbo?

I dont mean to be a noob but I am new to this boost game (been in it for 7 days now)!

My car made around 155ft/lb and 218bhp on a dyno dynamics RR @ around 0.4lb of boost.

I was interested to see what would happen at 9psi with the Toda's. (im too used to NASP)

At those power levels, nothing would change very much. You need to understand that unlike the NA setups, you don't scavange for the air coming into the chamber, it is forced. Untill you're over 600whp, only then are cams necessary (and even then they are a different design) for top end power..

Chiming in late as usual, but gsr/itr cams seem to be doing the trick on mild to even wild set-ups. My car is making 600whp on gsr cams, but I have herd really good things about the skunk 2 pro 1's or the blox cams that are essentially the same thing. Most of the guys I've seen with anything more aggressive than itr cams are making more power than me though... just my 2cents
