time for rebuild?

time for rebuild?
as I was leaving work last night I blew a hole in my block in my turbo car. So I am guessing it is time for rebuild. Here are my options:
Keep it D16y8 and build a block able to hold turbo and about 15-20 psi just for daily driving.
Pick up a B20 block from a friend of mine and build it to go with a head I already have built for turbo.
Go to a salvage yard and pick up a ls motor for about $150 and go NA.
