Default Tig Welders...........help me decide

I have a couple hundred dollars to spend and would like to invest in a tig welder. I want it so I can play around and try and make an exhaust or manifold for my car and engine. Would these get the job done or do I need a larger one?

those look a bit small for TIG, i would say a 175 am would be good,

tinker uses a lincoln squarewave 175, they run $1500, get it if you plan on fabbing a lot, if you are just gonna make your own stuff its more cost effectice to have it done,
