Tial wastegate question/ seating problem
i got a tial 40mm, the other day i took it off the manifold so that i can tap one of the flange srews.
anyways i noticed that the flat circle piece inside that looks like a big vavle is not fully seated and spins. it's still hard to try to push in as it was when i first got it, but i never noticed if it was fully seated or sealed.
now there's a gap.
the wastegate has a 11 psi spring,but when i race i push 25psi.
