You'd be suprised, I just went to honda to get my new 05 serviced (First oil change), they forgot to put on the oil cap and the filter was loose and I could see it draining out while my car was driving out of the bay.

Did they at least warn you not to drive the car without oil in it? How did they expect you to drive it away? They sound like complete idiots...

Eagle H-Beams w/ 3/8" ARP2000 Rod Bolts
Wiseco 81.5mm pistons (the ones rated for 9.3-9.8CR)
Obviously get the block bored out to 81.5mm.

Re: (88lsturbocrx)
After rods and pistons, your reliability is a factor of your sleeves-- they are now the weakest link. There have been people that make 600+WHP on stock sleeves, but in general.. to be safe I'd stick to around 300-350WHP on a good tune.

I want to know how they even got the nuts on the oil pan studs with two gaskets because they arent long enough. What a bunch of idiots.

Re: (Muckman)
so if i get the 81.5 pistons would i have to get bigger rods or a dif. crank shaft? plus how much boost can i hold before worrying about my sleeves?

Re: (88lsturbocrx)
No.. just get standard sized rods for your engine. At this point in your build, PSI isn't a factor.. horsepower is. Different turbochargers will produce different horsepower levels at certain levels of boost. What turbo are you planning on running?
