I have the Skunk2 Pro series manifold and here is what I did. Get an extra stock TB, but you have to get one that is 60 mm. I forget exactly which ones are that size, but you can find them all over.
Do a search for a guy named Maxbore or check out his website, Maxbore.com. He can bore stock TBs out 4mm. I think he charges 100 shipped back to you, so for a toal of $150 I got a 64mm TB that matches the intake (Pro Series is 64mm). Then all you need is a Type R TB/mani gasket and you are set. Again, I only did this because I knew the Pro Series manifold opening was 64mm and I wanted everything to flow smoothly.

True, but Maxbore does a hell of a job. It's a stock part, he sets your tps before he sends it back and the TB has a lifetime warranty. So if the throttle plate starts sticking...which seems to happen a lot with aftermarket TBs, he'll fix it. If you can be with out your car for a week or so you won't need to buy another TB and you can send him yours...costing you $100. When I sent mine the turn around time was amazing.
