Default Thoughts on using NITROUS on older engines

hi guys, i have a 92 si civic and a 96 eagle talon (Mitsu. Eclipse)

I recently purchased a nitrous system 60-210 shots adjustable.

Do you think this is safe for older engines?

Thanks

i had a 75 shot on an LS for a long time and i used it regularly with no problems, motor is now ls/tvec with 75 shot and holding strong to 8500. Motor has 165K on it, just waiting for it to blow but it wont.
