Thoughts on my possible setup?
This will go in a daily driven '93 Del Sol. any changes you see fit just chime in.
Motor-
B18c1 Bottom End
New Bearings/Gaskets/Pumps etc....
JE or Endyn Pistons 81.25 (would like an overall compression of 9.3)
Eagle rods
ARP head bolts
B18c1 Head
stock except for 1mm oversized SS Ferrera exhaust valves
JG/Edelbrock Intake Manifold
Gsr Tranny w/CM4 or Action Clutch, ITR flywheel, and Quaffe LSD(if I can afford it)
And of course your basic turbo kit which will be ordered from 2k Teg
I plan on boosting 12-14psi daily on pump gas and 17-18psi Race gas.
any thoughts?
oh, and Hondata stage 2b

Gotcha
Wow, I impressed John lol.
I'm hoping for 300-325whp on the pump gas and 375-400whp.
I figured I don't need any head work because I don't plan on revving past 8500 or so.
and I think I might even grab a 2nd car. Possibly a CRX and swap in a siR motor.
Oh and should I bother sleeving? how much higher can I boost if I do?

looks good to me! What compression did you say you going to run? You said overall compression of 81.25 but im sure that's a typo.
If your planning to run high boost I would recommend to sleeve that baby! And if you were planning to make ~400whp then you might want to consider getting a bigger turbo. I mean you can make ~400 whp with a t3/t4oe but it would be easier if you used hmm let's say 60-1.
Just my $.02

I have a T3 60-1 sitting in my living room, you think that'll handle 400whp?
I wanted exactly what you wanted but cracked a sleeve.

I would definately sleeve the block with your goals.

yes, all fuel will be taken care of. I don't know an incredible amount of info on turbocharging and what it requires, but John (vaportrail) will be doing the swap and helping me with everything and tuning it for me.
sounds like a good set up, very similar to mine. What injectors are you going to use? I would suggest an in-tank fuel pump(walbro) and while your motor is apart. do a port and polish and a valve job. as far as sleeving goes, their is a huge debate on whether or not you should sleeve, if you have the money and down time to spare, then of course do it! IF not, with the proper fuel managment and only running high boost on race gas, your sleeves will hold up for a while...I no a guy who had 470 whp on a gsr and ran multiple low 11 sec passes at 3500 feet elevation!! NEver cracked a sleeve...but it is nice to have that peace of mind...
