Everybody seems to know alot here, Will a afc II or a s-afc work on a B18b engine? Apexi information only gives instructions for B18C's. Guy I bought it from said no prob....I have it hooked up right but it runs like ***.

 

I don't know for sure, but I would think it would be the same, as long as you don't hook up the wires for the vtec.

 

Yes it works. What did you do wrong?

 

4 wires on afc, white, yellow, red & black.
White wire is hooked up to harness side of map wire 3rd top from right pin on C
Yellow is on ecu side of map wire "
Red is on IG wire Top right of A
Black is sensor ground---Top right pin of C

I have the afc wires backwards on map , I took out the afc and jumped the wires (yellow and white) and its still throwing code 3 and running rich with out the afc. I hope I didn't fuc anything. Could this screw my map sensor? I have switched the wires and it still won't work right, with or without the afc......
