Default Think I found the problem...

K, I had my gf jump in my car to crank it over while I checked things out.
Setup:
JG LS 81mm block, t4/60-1 turbo, AEM EMS, custom Intake manifold.
Well, I kept losing spark a whole nightmare. I tried a different basemap, and everything is kosher with that.
So while my gf was cranking, i notice that the timing belt pulley hops up and down at least a half inch!? WTF? A couple weeks ago, we heard this big "THUNGGGGG", I thought it was just something seating.
Well aparently, the timing belt pulley on the crank skipped over the keyway, and now it is STUCK on there. Has this happened to ANYONE else?
Tomorrow Im going to cut the ****** off, because its not going to just "come off"...

THe timing gear key is built into the timing gear on the LS. The independant key that you fit on there is for your crank pulley.

Something is very badly fucked here.

Ya, the keyway broke or something...Im absolutely stumped...Im going out this morning to try and bust the **** off.
Im not being a snott, but how would the oil seal burn if the timing belt pulley skipped its keyway? Thanx

note to self....keyway on the timing belt pulley goes "out"
Still wont start though.
With the 3bar Map Sensor, the load scale is -14.7 to 29.something. Just sitting there, it says Im at -2(which is almost halfway up the load scale). Should I change the Map Min? I dont have a vaccum pump or anything, so I just went by a few other peoples suggestions on the EMS board.

the timing gear is fixed though...there is a key, but its for the crank pulley only. Honda prolly did this to avoid "accidents" by not putting the keyway in the timing gear.
ya, when you put it on backwards, it doesnt work either
