for the engine just replace the head, intake, and exhaust gaskets. no reason to replace the TB unless you had it off, same way with tthe oil pan gasket. but i would replace the water pump and gasket since they are cheap and like to go to hell all the time.
Not sure about any of the tranny things as i never installed a Lsd before, but dont forget about a throw out bearing and getting yout fly wheel turned. that always helps imo.

good info about the flywheel, it's only has 4k on it, but im sure it wont hurt.
what about the oil pump. what are the life on these bad boys. should i risk it, or are they pretty stable.

Putting a used oil pump into a new motor build isn't the best of idea's. It's very rare but i've seen them fail.

don't forget oil pickup gasket
I reused my exhaust gasket fine. I also heard that you can reuse your IM gasket if you put wd40 on it so it doesn't stick. I don't know. I'll find out.
Not sure if your motor has such a thing, but on my f22b2, I replaced my oil restrictor and seal.
For parts, I've been real happy with Majestic Honda - http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/home.htm

I reused my oil pump in my engine build. It had about 45,000 miles on it at the time.

I'm guilty of not replacing it, but they're dirt cheap. Just put an order together before hand and get all your goods. Don't forget to have some Hondabond on hand - as well as enough torque wrenches to cover all your torque ranges.

oil pickup gasket? I never even used it once i scraped it off, Just hondabonded that ****** and worked great.
Oil pump and water pump isnt needed, but is a good idea. Just less headaches for later. Its easier to replace while its out of the car then doing them with the motor in. Just my .02

Pickup a bottom end Gasket kit from honda.
They come with all the needed gaskets to do the bottom end.
They generally run abou 50-60.
The expensive one is the Top end gasket kit which generally runs around 200. But man it comes with every single gasket you can think off. Injector seals, Thermostat gasket, Head gasket, TB gasket, Valve seals, even the seals which go around the spark plug holes on your valve cover.
But they run around 200 from honda.
Great idea if your building your head as well.
If your rebuilding your tranny you should also replace the your axle seals. I highly suggest you pickup a seal driver, it will make your life a whole lot easier. Trust me as I just reacently rebuilt my motor, head, and tranny.
Also a good time to pickup a Hondata IM gasket. Lower intake charges and is reusable. Since I am going turbo I had the oil pan tapped and welded. I just used a CAP from Home Depot. Same thing with the Oil Feed. I installed my sandwhich adapter and feed line too. So when I finish the turbo setup it all just a bolt in affair.

don't forget the O-ring on the oil pump... and also if your replacing eveything the helms tells you to then get the dowel pins that go under the head and on top of the head.
also the cam oil seals...
oh and there's two O-rings for the pipe that goes from the water pump to the thermostat housing... on my b16 anyway.
