2 seconds worth of googling........all I did was search for the part number.

Lucas 42.5# Disc injector. What we commonly call the 009 injector. Also, this injector can come with a light blue band or stripe as well. Just depends on the batch run that Lucas is doing. The other part number that you will/can see on these injectors are 01D0308.

precisions are usually blue on top in those body styles, but some oem cars have the same inj body as precisions. theres only so many types.

obd1, gotta shave the tab on the inside of the injector where the plug goes, youll see it, i usually use a sharp flat head and heat it with a lighter and shove it down in it and it shaves it nicely.
OBD1, or you can also use the clips from an RS/GS Eclipse, they will just clip right on.
Definitely not "new" precisions. Precision has a sticker on all of there new ones.
