Default Are these going to work for F.I. application?

Just bought '98 ITR cams and outer springs, SKUNK2 cam gear, and Port Flow inner springs. I have a '99 B16. Have five questions:

1.) Is this a good setup for F.I. in the future?
2.) I heard that some spring setups can score/wear OEM cams because their too stiff. Should I be worried going with Port Flow inner springs?
3.) Last piece of the puzzle is the IM; which one: SKUNK2 or ITR?
4.) Which size T.B.?
5.) What am I missing for daily driver reliability on this setup?

* Rest of setup: Greddy Evo, DC 4-1, Landspeed race cat., P28 ecu, HONDATA S200, HONDATA I.M. gasket.

You will be fine with that those parts. The ITR cams, and the springs will be fine. Everything will be alright.

Skunk2 or ITR are both good choices either, or, will do.
Your stock tb will be fine.

You do know that your dc header will no longer be used and your hondata has be re adjusted for boost. If you have the older s200 then you will need to call in for the serial number for the boost option.
