Is there a difference between b16 blocks?
I'm trying to find a spare b16 block to send to golden eagle to get resleeved so I can run some more boost. Is there a difference between the block between years other than maybe compression ratios? Will something like an obd1 b16 block for a 91 car work well with my obd2 b16a2 from my Si?

Same stuff man... since it's not like a head with several sensors etc, the OBD1 or 2 is not an issue for you. Any B16 block will do just fine.

Re: Is there a difference between b16 blocks? (HybridKOOP)
I know the H22A1 from a 4th Gen Prelude and the H22A4 from a 5th Gen Preude blocks are way different. The cranks are different too, and the 4th gen is closed deck, while the A4 is open deck, anyways:
You'll have to find out if that applies to B16's.
Sorry I coulnd't help much.

ALL b16a and B17A block castings are going to be the same.
only difference is in the external hardware and internals.
