Let's say I had a BONE STOCK D15 running a full stand alone and I randomly threw in 1000cc injectors with no other supporting mods (hypothetically). Would there be any downsides seeing as I'm able to tune the car from the stand alone? Any reliability problems?

 

Injectors dont have their optimum spray pattern at low duty cycles.

 

theres many guys on here that idle 1000cc's fine on there EMS...

i dont see it being a problem.

 

i don't think idle would be an issue. However, you would be using a very low duty cycle on that injector, and it could, i have not researched this, so it is just a guess, that like siad above not spray efficently all the time above idle. Kind of like once you get to a certain duty cycle up high that you will have issues.

My 1000cc injectors idle perfectly, but then again im using and AEM EMS so I get great resolution..

 

I idled 1000cc's fine with both uberdata and crome.
