I had been a customer of kteller for a while now. And on my previous order, I had a choice....JCwhitey, Summit...or Kteller? Well, I have had some great experiences with Kteller...so I went along with it. Even though I could've saved around $3-$5 if I ordered from JC or Summit...I still decided to go with Kteller for $20 a u-bend. I was on a budget and I didn't have enough money on me...so I ordered what was important. 2x 2" 1/2 u-bends...and a 2" u-bend...and on the delivery side note...I just wanted to try my luck so I put : "Hey...since I've been a long time "did I mentioned" great customer of yours...do you think I can have a free 2" u-bend? "

And guess what? I just got my shipment in today and to my surprise...kteller actually did send me a FREE 2" U-BEND! Maaan I was stoked. Thanks kteller, your the best! LOL

 

I can see where this thread is going....

urbansi.. nothing bad bout our products. some mixups and miscommunications, but nothign uncommon in life, we are weeding through some workers and some small things have been overlooked and mixed up in orders.. no one's perfect but we strive to try our darnest to make sure things are right first time or fixed right away.

sometimes its a mix between customer and our side.. or thing sometimes ppl over do it. but I still promise to give everything and our all to every customer.. between getting ready to move shops and other things.. you never know

Still want to say thanks to Everyone ON HT that supports us.. we havent been around this long for bad reasons.. its the good reasons!!

Ps. we are working on a new revamped website, that will help cut back on a lot of customers mixstakes and concerns..

go to classified and do a WTB:

we dont offer on for the B series 18g, as you know.

 

well i can say ive never had a bad experience with them so they get my always thought there shiping was really fast too.

 

well at least u had a good customer service experience with them..i sure havent
