Target AFR

What should I be aiming for in AFR setup. 14:7 or richer (example. 12:1,11:1)? Currently its 9:1 across the board, heh... no wonder I reek of exhaust after driving it :D

im not a tuner but this is around what ive got.

11.5:1 under boost (being safe)
13.5:1 on highway
15:1 at idle
12:1 cold start
