I just recently bought a t4 full race manifold because it was a great deal, i have been looking for turbo's and t4's are hard to come by in small sizes it seems. I am looking for around a 6o trim. I have thought about cutting off the t4 flange and having my friend weld on a t3 but i would have to touch the mani its so pretty, how are the flange adapters good? Or should i just cut off the t4 and weld a t3? This is if i cant find a good used t4 and have to go with a t3...

 

you will not find a small T4 because it's generally a size for bigger displacement motors. just get an adapter for it on ebay for 30 bucks, and run the common 57 trim or something.

If you're asking questions like this I doubt you're going for big numbers anyway.

 

Yea i know about the sizing and t6 is next for really large turbo's..... i just wanted to ask how the adapters were i am looking for a 57 to 60 or slightly larger like you said only looking to hit 450 hp.

I wouldn't recommend a T4 for you at all.
