Lately I've been searching for a late 80's Ford Thunderbird to ****** the rather large T3 out of, I read on a ford turbo site that the Mercury Cougar XR7 uses the same turbo. Are there any differences between the two because I've never heard of anyone pulling one from a cougar.

 

they're the same, they use the same engine, [edit] I was thinking of a Merkur X4rti not sure about the cougar.

Merkur XR4Ti's, Mustang SVO's, and ThunderTurd turbo's
Auto's had a .48 exhaust, and manuals had the .63 A/R exhaust.
