t3/t4 question! please help

Default t3/t4 question! please help

ok this sounds like a noob question but my car has a t3/t4 and it needs to be changed ! what else can i put on there......thing is i dont want to change the manifold! it a drag t3/t4 manifold, what other turbo can i use so i dcan keep my manifold? thanks

you are limited to what you can fit in the space unless you flip it around and put compressor on the drivers side. there really sint that much room to cram a big compressor housing agaisnt the block on the one side.

you can run a t4 with an adapter flange but i doubt thatd fit. the outlet on the manifold is a t3 footprint. the t3/t4 turbo is a t3 exh housing.

ok so a t3 will fit! does turbonetics make a turbo that will fit? i wanna go with another t3/t4!

any t3 turbo would fit it minus the one w/ the t4 S-cover..i think you could fit an E cover T4 one on but might have to cut the webbing on the block off...

ok and the downpipe bolt pattern is all the same for t3?

no you gotta choose the same bolt pattern housing if you wanna keep the old dp..
