T3/T04E or SC61
Would like to get your thoughts on which turbo you guys recommened.
I have a GSR (JDM) with LSD. I plan to run 5-6 psi on the streets and 9-10 at the track.
Motor is stock.

Re: T3/T04E or SC61 (HONDATUNER92)
You have to be more specific with your plans.. since you said stock internals, I assume you don't plan on opening your motor.
Also, you said track. What type of racing do you plan to do with it?
I would stick with the t3/t04e. Makes good topend power, with a better spool characteristic than the SC61. Especially with with a stock motor.
I may be wrong, but if your only looking for only moderate power gains (with your stock internals) I might opt for an even smaller turbo that may spool at a lower rpm for better streetability and a broader "powerband"
the t3/t04B may not make as much topend power, but does spool fast and hard.
even a straight t3 might be a good choice too. But it does depend on your intended application.

Re: T3/T04E or SC61 (HONDATUNER92)
A guy on the board named B18cx has a hatch w/ a stock jdm gsr motor. On 9psi he made 320whp and ran 11.6 @ 116mph in the 1/4... The SC61 will get you down the track the fastest. you could go w/ a smaller T3/T04e(sc61 is a t3/t04e) and you make less power but have quicker spool up. Thats basically the trade off. Don't do anything DSM.

just what i was gonna say. for some reason it seems like most people in the fi forum think that precision turbos are different. There not really, not really worth the extra$ either imo...
