8-10 psi on d16z6 in crx stock motor just tubro kit. with 310cc and 8:1 fmu or 450cc and smc. t3 that is 42 and 48 is what size would be.

I have a T3 60-trim, .60a/r compressor and .48 turbine... and i dunno if i have a leak or something but mind doesn't spool 6psi till like 3800-4000. I'm running 2.5" downpipe stock cat and 2.5" cat back. does this sound normal?

With the .60 a/r yes that is normal. I would expect a 3500-4000 full boost rpm with that setup.

Any thoughts on .63 turbine housing on a d16z6? Too big?

The .63 A/R housing will have more lag than the .48 A/R housing, but you should have really nice top end with the .63 housing. It may be too big for someone who wants a quick spolling street car, otherwise it is a nice turbo if you have a fully built SOHC or your want to produce as much power as possible.

Semi built (stock sleeves). 10-12 psi max.

Find a .48 housing.?
