Default Is this a T3/04e turbo?

Can someone tell me is this a T3/04e? From what I recall it has a .48 and .60 AR

No. That is probably an OEM T3 turbo or similar, not an aftermarket T3/T4 turbo like you would purchase from Garret or Turbonetics.

No. That is not a T3/T04 Hybrid turbo.

i can tell by the dump pipe outlet and compressor outlet that its a thunderbird T3 .60/.48
