ok i am going to install a t25 turbo but i do not know the best place to install the water line for the turbo if someone could help me out that would be great, pics to please i have a 93 si with d16z6, i know where to put the "t" connectors for the oil and everything but the water lines i dunno where to put

waste of time IMO. more stuff to leak with no real advantage. Get a turbo timer and just run oil.

I moved the line from the coolant hose going to the throttle body to the turbo, and from the turbo to the tb.

so really i dont need water lines on my d16 homemade setup as long as a let the car run for around 60 sec at idle before i cut it off?

No, but do you want to have to let the car idle for that long every time you drive it?

Agreed. The water cooled option is supposed to prolong the turbo's life, but tons and tons of set-ups used oil-cooled turbo's and they last for 80,000+ miles no problem. As far as the turbo timer goes, it's good to allow the oil to cool down before shutting the car off when a long drive has taken place or when you introduced the motor to a heavy load. This prevents oil from coking up inside of the oil lines and oil housing of the turbo.

The Greddy Turbo Kit for the D16Z6 - TD04H-15g doesn't have water lines. I would say don't worry about it. Just make sure to let her cool down.
