Hey guys - I'm in the middle of restoring my R, and in the process anything I can replace with stainless steel, I'm going to. Most T-bolt clamps are stainless, but the nut and/or bolt are not or they might be zinc plated....either way that's not what I want.
HPS makes 100% stainless (nut and bolt included) T-bolt clamps...they are $6 a piece, but worth it in my opinion. I just am bad at assessing the whole ID vs OD as far as what size I need.
I have 2.5" charge pipes. I believe I need the HPS Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamp 2.37" - 2.68" (60mm - 68mm) for 2-1/8" inch hose Part Number: SSTC-60-68. Or the SSTC-63-71 for 2.5"-2.8". Thoughts?
Here's the link to HPS:

EDIT::
Hey guys, it does say they are 100% stainless...bolt and nut also. Sorry I should have posted this link originally.

well becareful because it does not directly say the hardware is stainless as well. Might be a marketing gimic. If your tubes are 2.5 then you need the 2.38-2.68 clamps as 2.5 is in the middle of the adjustable range. I would order from this place if you discover they arent truly stainless as these are cheaper.

Not sure where you got the rest of your stainless stuff from, but if you didn't get it from Mcmaster carr, you paid too much! lol
And they might have true full stainless t bolt clamps. Mayne labeled under food grade or something.

Im not saying they're cheaper, but they are 100% full stainless. And they are probably a much higher quality than the $6 ones you posted... which probably arent really full stainless

I'd measure and go by the OD of the coupler...assuming you have them on the joint in question.
Most silicone couplers are 3-5mm wall thickness and can add about 6-10mm (~1/4" to 3/8") to the diameter.
