DONT stick up for scammers, I HATE scammers because I too have been scammed. If YOU know the guy, then why dont you help a fellow HT member out and talk to the guy.

And by messing up and give him a chance. Does that mean he wasnt managing his money so he pretends to sell something online and then doesnt so that he can keep the money until he finally gets enough to get on his feet? Too Bad. I vote BAN

You know, it really sucks that you guys are getting fucked, but remember this next time you walk into a reputable shop and complain that the prices are too high...

Phone number? anything?...........paypal should have his address and everything on the transaction page. Let us know something.

Have you started a claim with Paypal?

I always use a credit card backed Paypal payment or a bank issued draft. I got burned really bad buying ATV parts online so not I always make sure I can get my money back.

Bank draft = the bank will give you the money back and then go after the THIEF! At least my bank will!!

Also now that I think about it, about 1 month ago he kept trying to sell me vbands. I told him I had no use for them, but he still kept on pushing them off but I turn them down.

Guys, I AM NO SCAMMER.

I havent been online for awhile, Ive just been fucked over twice. I assume that the intercooler was replaced and shipped from another seller that I know, has the same intercooler. So, I didnt worry much, yet I found out till today, that jsprelude havent received his replacement, as agreed on. I apologies, my fault, even though, I was F'ed over again.

Ive sold many parts to many guys here on HT, even MANY sponsors, not mentioning names. Many got their products in a timely manner. I just had no luck on this one. Thousands of dollars in products, received by them no problem. If anyone can give me a word, I would appreciate it.

Blah, yea, Business goes bad sometimes, due to your main supplier pooping out on you, (many of you guys know how drop shipping works) But, I have had no luck this month.

ALL IN ALL, I AM NO SCAMMER. Many guys have received their refund due to my incident, and I thought I would do something right, and help find a replacement for the mean time. But looks like it didnt went well either.

I can either offer, Paypal refund, or MO refund. Let me know jsprelude.

It is true, not much know the situation. O wells, my deals anyways.
honestly, I got fucked over 20+ orders, yet all of my funds were refund, yet my lost to the distributor.

But as always, Im trying my best to get the funds to pay everybody for my dropdown from my past distributor. I am still a fulltime student actually, It rough as HELL! But I am no Scammer, MOST guys I dealt with in the past 2-3 years, all got their products in a QUICKNESS! But yea, Im waiting for a response via email or pm, from jsprelude, see what type of refund he wants.

what people dont realize.. when you use a VISA card there are a few stipulations.. 1 being you recieved the product or service you paid for.. if you did not (IE, SCAMMER) you simply file a dispute.. your money goes back in the account poof.. bad guy gets fucked... PLUS has to pay his CC processor a percentage for even running the transaction

Yes, thats true. Always a good thing to have the Bank on your side.

To clear things up: jsprelude paid by Money Order. So its either he get MO or Paypal, his choice. Hit me up, when you get online jsprelude.
