switching from 450cc to 550cc
Ok I have a boosted lsvtec and found out today tha t I have a cracked injector dsm blue top 450cc. So I'm looking for new injectors, can I just put in 550cc injectors and be Ok or do I need to re tune my s200?
If you have a wideband installed and are comfortable with the tuning software then you can rescale the fuel maps and street tune to clean up the rest. However it would be infinity easier to just replace with the same injector(s).

if he's buying the injectors new they should come with the offset values in the documentation (assuming the documentation is correct, I've seen it be off slightly before)
replace same injectors unless you replace turbo, etc..

Obviously he isn't replacing the injectors with the same size units.
while rescaling the map for the bigger injectors normally works it all depends on how accurate the battery offset values are. it could require small tweaks here and there on the fuel maps but only if OP has a wideband and some knowledge on how to tune the fuel side of his EMS.
