Surging with RC 310cc injectors?

Surging with RC 310cc injectors?
I'm having part throttle surging with my RC 310's. My injectors are mounted as per RC instructions (they sit on top of the rubber seals) therefore, they sit higher than stock. How do you guys alleviate this problem…?
I tried searching.
My fuel system is votech FMU (8:1) stock FPR (Integra B18B Drag III)
