Default Surging Idle after JRSC

I've seen a few guys have this same problem. After I installed the JRSC on my Integra LS, the RPMS keep surging from 1000-2000 nonstop.

Is there any idea on how to fix this? Seems common enough that someone must have a fix. I've checked for vacuum leaks everywhere.

probably a vacuum leak. check all of the seals (between blower and manifold, and s-pipe and throttle body). also check all of the vacuum lines.
