You can use a bov on a centrifical supercharger, such as the vortech, but not on a roots charger such as a Jackson Racing unit.

you can use a BOV on a roots supercharger, provided it is mounted down by where your AC would normally go and not on the intake manifold... I don't know if there would be much benifit to this as the roots blower is stronger by nature then a centrifugal charger...
