There is nothing "T70" about them... I'm not sure why they named it that. False advertisement!
I wonder if the compressor housing splits apart like the "XS POWER" turbo that SSAutochrome used to sell ....
However, I do know somebody who owns one and he's had good luck with that turbo (So far).

we just made 301/260 @ 15psi on a dynojet over the weekend, turbo is on a CA18 swapped S13.
But yeah, the turbo is crap, don't expect it to last another 2000 miles with the amt of shaft play it currently has.
turbosmart is correct, comp wheel measures similarly to a T61

edit: it comes with a p trim and a completely unusable turbine housing, so after some machining i bolted a garrett .58 A/R on center turbine housing and spool is actually quite good, full boost by 4500 in 3rd..
