i'm getting a knocking or rattling sound when i give my engine a sharp throttle it's only when the engine rev's up again, it's coming from the head, no metal shavings or anything wrong with the oil, i just checked the valve lash right before this video, it didn't change after that, the knock/rattle is both when the engine is cold or hot, this noise wasn't after the car got tuned so it's new, i checked the cams when i did the lash and they are still like brand new,

What does your timing look like?
It almost sounds like it is spark knocking.

 

the timing is spot on but it has a bad ignition coil i'm going to switch that out and hope for the best
