My buddy's ITR was stolen from Mt.Laurel Oct 15th (last night) as well.

Dude I feel sorry for you I know the feeling to come out to an empty spot. I hope they find it with the car still in tact. It is the worst feeling in the world knowing that someone is that much of a low life POS that they have to steal all your hard work and hard earned money b/c they are to dumb to build their own car or get a job to actually afford buying their own parts. I will keep my eye out for the car.

Damn bro. I'm on McGuire too. I saw your CRX a couple of times earlier this year. Another Air Force guy on this board, civbeater90, had his turbo EF stolen in Mt. Laurel too. His was taken in broad daylight. I spend a lot of time in the Mt. Laurel area. Where was it taken from?

just more of a reason for me to get rid of my FMIC and go PWR, also its better for teh track i figure, lotta ricers know me and i do odd jobs for them , last thing i need is for them to tell anotehr friend that my car is "hooked up"

thats one of the things keeping em from getting a honda/acura project, theft rate is like stupid high as compared to VW's, sucks, gope you get it back, ill keep an eye out in CT

its also a reason why i dont liek to go to englishtown, since thats the populat track, all teh ricers go there, not like when i go to island dragway in hackettstown, its more low key

i dont know if you live in northern nj, but driving up rt 80 west through fairfeild i seen a crx with body kit on the side of the road, fat chance its yours, but maybee look into it. i drove past that area around 1:30 This afternoon.. like i say i dont know if someone just got stuck or not, but i know it was def a crx on the side of the rd. Hope you get your car back!!!

That is the biggest bullshit statement ever. Ive lived in new jersey for my whole life(18 years) and ive never run into any problems. Its just like any other place in the world...bad **** happens sometimes. I think generalizing my home state like that is terrible, especially since new jersey has 2 of the richest counties in America.(2 in the top 10 actually)

Didn't they come out with a movie a while back about stealing cars in New Jersey? It was called Jersey something. I think they it made due to Jersey having the highest car theft rate at the time?

 

The name of that movie was New Jersey Drive...That was a few years back when NJ was the car theft capital....Now I think that the DC, MD, VA area has em beat now...

About that other post where someone is making their car look as stock as possible, thats soo sad that it has come to where people have to hide their mods from others...Running stock exhausts and losing HP all in the name of keeping their cars safe...I feel you for trying to do that, its just a shame that it has come to this...
