Default Stock injectors with Uberdata?

My setup is a stock b18b with a Jackson Racing supercharger.

As you all probably know, the stock JRSC for the b18b is weak - it only gives small gains - good enough for me, however.

My question is, since its such a small amount of boost (probably 30HP), would a set of stock honda injectors [from any honda] work with uberdata as long as I stayed at 6psi? I know some honda injectors flow at relatively high rates, so would I be able to get away with using them?

The reason for the question: 1) there are more honda parts than DSM 440s kicking around where I live and 2) i'd rather not mess with injector resistor boxes and new/modified clips if I don't have to.

Id suggest that you would probably wanna upgrade to DSM 450s. They can be had for under $100 and are pretty easy to install. At 6 psi, on my b18b, the injectors are almost maxed out at the higher rpms. With 240s Id think that theyd be maxed out across alot of the table. Be safe, and upgrade.

You can runthe stock injectors. The fmu that the JRSC uses normally uses stock injectors. Just make sure that when you have the uberdata chip burned that it recognises that you have 450's. I would suggest getting at least 310's...but the 450's can be had cheap.

bump

I'm basically wondering if I can continue to use the stock Integra 240cc injectors for this setup, and tune with uberdata and an FMU.

if you use the fmu stick with the honda injectors or maybe even step up to some larger prelude injectors,

but the better route would be ditch the fmu and run the larger injectors and tune the car.

I would throw some prelude injectors in there and maybe use the FMU on top with the uberdata. You wouldn't run out of fuel, and would have enough to play with to lean it out.

For the price I would just get dsm 450's.. You can get them for like $55-$75 anywhere here on HT..

Thanks for the help guys.

I'm on a tight budget. I will 10000% switch to dsms, but i'm just so strapped right now because of the $1300 I just spent on the system (and another 300 for install).
