Not sure how exact of an answer you're looking for, but a 5/16 " hose barb inserted into the fuel line will be a snug fit...

Any ideas on what some of the higher hp cars (500ish hp) run for fuel line size? I was going to mount my fuel pump in the engine bay and needed some advice for the feed and pressure side size.
thanks.

you have to order it from summit and assemble it yourself. getting the lines isnt the problem, its custom fabricating things to fit that cost expensive. a complete fuel system done with AN lines and associated hardware starts @ $1100 and up parts only.

-10 seems a little extreme. -8 would be more then enough.

-10 is simpler since it comes out the pump / filter that way.
