stock b18b with basic jrsc kit. help asap : )

My friend just installed one [well still at the shop], but notice at idle, the rpm bounces from 800-3000rpm...

spark plugs cold 5 plat. ngk
stock spark plug wires
94 octane Sunoco
new fuel filter
kilometers are about 80-90k

we checked for vacuum leaks, but can't seem to find anything...

any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
If you need more info, please ask.

Did you plug in the IAC valve on the back of the JR kit? Just a shot in the dark for the idling problem...

I had a problem on my setup like that but my Fast Idle Thermal Valve (FITV)had gone bad on me and I replaced my IAC with a new one before I replaced my FITV...
