Default Sticking TB

Why would a TB stick??? I have an ITR TB and now that it got very hot here in Toronto the TB sticks and my idel jumps as hight as 3000rpm!!! This happens when I am pulling to a light etc.

Any ideas why would the spring have less thension? I think this shouldn't happen.

The funny thing is that I haven't tanken it of. It came on my ITR engine and I have been running this way since last fall. Now that the weather wormed up the TB starts to stick in open position????

Weird!
