std and dx the same exhuast manifold?

this is might sound like a stupid question and i've searched with no results, but are the std and dx exhuast manifolds for the 1991 and older civic models the same? please clarify

Are you looking for the HMT Honda manifold? I'm pretty sure you can get one from a Civic STD, VX, CX, or HF.
