obd2 harness
obd1 car

start there.
may i ask why you didnt use the harness out of the car?
and where did you cut into it to do the grafting?
and what chassis?

car is 94 integra

and i took the ls out and swapped it into the obd2 car along with the obd1 harness so i could use the vtec (obd2) harness on my obd1 car

as far as i knew harness's were interchangable between years (put plenty of obd2 teg swaps right into a obd1 without any problems

only place on the harness that was touched was for injector clips and for the map sensor

i know you dont have ur axles in yet or if you do they may not be in all the way, this is why the mph jumps.. its prolly in gear.. as for the tach.. i'll be down soon to check it out

maybe i need to jump a wire or something i have all the diagrams for the 94 and 98 wiring schematics waiting for this weekend to try and figure it out

well found out that obd2 integra harness's do not have the wire in the harness that goes to the drivers side body harness for the obd1 integras that goes to the tachometer

Hmm i dont know but i would imagine you would have to have the axles in for the rpm to also function? I have a obdII harness in a 1 car no problems plug and play for me though...92 chassis

rpm is a function of the distributor, not the mph

and i believe its only a problem in integra chassis because ive done countless swaps in hatches w/o a problem
