ok so i was taking apart my ssqv just to see what was inside and everything and i stripped 3 of the screws on the threads and it only came with 2 replacements, anyone know where i can get one of these? can i just take one of the ones from the front and put it in the back or is it necessary to have a proper seal on both ends?

Take it to a local hardware store and see if they have matching thread/head sizes, maybe? I would keep it all sealed - they are there for a reason!
