I´m also very interested in how far they will work specially compared to the Garrett GT midsized turbos in road race applications.

BTW ...the marketing seems to be well thought ...

they probably weigh a ton...i see a lot more cracked manifolds in the future

the exhaust housing is probably lighter than most current housings and you lose the weight of one to two wastegates tho.

The weight of the turbo is not the thing that causes manifolds to crack.

arent they using something similar to this on the new acura RDX, that they keep advertising about the turbo spooling up faster so you can go faster faster

This is assuming you have traction =/ Sometimes the fastest spool isn't always a good thing but what do I know? I'm not sure.
