does anybody know any sites where i can order NGk spark plugs that are 2 heat ranges colder on a b18b? Also what should i gap them to? I believe the part is bkr7e #6097 but not sure. thank you.

 

any automotive store should be able to get em gap em to .30 or .32

Yes, #6097

 

Summit Racing normally has them for $2 each, the BKR7E's. if you get the 11's then they'll be gapped to .044" and you'll have to bring them down a bit.
for F/I .030-.035" is the usual standard with these plugs.

i believe Summit's part # is 1283 for the NGK BKR7E plugs, but it's been a while since i ordered plugs from them.

 

1283 is the part number for ngk bkr7e-11's. those come with a .045ish gap i believe. the 6097s are the same plug but i believe at a gap of .035ish gap. advanced auto parts carries them, go and buy them and they'll have them there for you the next morning.
