what type of plugs should i run with b16 turbo je piston 9.2:1 compression 440cc rc injectors and t3/t4 50 trim turbo

Most boosted Honda's use NGK p/n 6097 the BKR7E or NGK p/n 1283 the BKR7E-11.

Most of us gap them at .028

I'm sure you'll get other options
