Spark Plug Change

how often does everybody change their spark plugs on cars running boost. Cuz i just changed mine yesterday after a year. My setup is a y8 greddy turbo kit if that helps.

hahaha i think it depends on set up , i change mine like every oil change or so.

I don't change them too often but I clean them every month.
