I will go take some pictures of my head gasket if I can find it. I'm not sure what "markings from movement" look like though lol.

Since I've been through a few, I can tell you. When you pop a HG do to poor tune or det, you will see only a small spot where the gasket blows out. It my other cases, a big portion on the gasket was lightly scraped away, making me think the sleeves were slight shifting, or the block was twisting. Almost 25% of the cylinder circle in the HG was roughed up, but not chunks were taken out..

thats what im trying to explain... : the sleeves are walking under boost or high load. Damn its not easy for a french guy to explain all that stuff loll !! </TD></TR></TABLE>

In that quote, Jeff is speaking about the actual D Series aluminum block casting not being torsionally as strong as the B Series. Sleeving the block is not going to help solve this issue. This is also only a theory of his anyways. No acutal proof of this yet.

I'm not the boss. Just trying to get some information out here, so we're all on the same page. Don't take it personally yellowturbo.

BTW, have you at one point had headgasket issues, either before or after sleeving?
