Default SOHC fuel mods

I am installing a Turbo kit on my car (y7/y8 mini me) and I was wondering what fuel mods I will need. its a small turbo,(GREDDY KIT-16g) will only be boosting about 5 lbs, Will I be ok with only colder plugs and retarded timing at 5 lbs or is it nec. to get injectors and fuel management aside from the fmu. I got the turbo kit for free, so I figured to slap it on, but I dont want to detonate either. I am running a stock p28, and stock injectors. Please any help will be great

At only 5psi on a kit that small you're fine to run it as it is.

BUT you WILL want more. Just be smart. When you decide you want more get your P28 chipped, get new injectors, and have it tuned via CROME or Uber. It'll save you a lot of money vs. buying a system like AEM or Hondata.

Did you just tell somebody they will be "FINE" boosting their car with no fuel management? I have done it before, but that was because I had to wait a week after my install to get my ECU chipped. I also didn't boost hardly at all and was only running 3-4psi. Don't boost without fuel management and just wait until you can get your ECU chipped.

No don't go with an AFC, they are crap for a reason. Chipping your ECU will be cheaper anyways. Just find somebody in your area that can help you out.

lol I thanks guys. I will chip it tonight, I have the programming software and know how to. I got the kit for free, I just want to run it for like a month for the hell of it, and then sell it. waiting on hasport for my k swap parts. In otherwords, I know I could of bought all new pieces for cheap and get 220-250 whp, but like i said this is just a temporary setup to have a little fun. oh and beer bong, will this get me laid? lol thanks guys.

Why buy an expensive safc when he already has a p28 that he can get chipped?

SAFC blows, I'll just uber it, dont want to waste to much since the k goes in within a month or 2. I may throw the s300 I have sittin around in, but I would rather sell that
