ok im geting another civic. 92-95 4door. d16 but its an auto. the car is 4 the wife, lol and we have a kid on the way. BUT i have 2 toy around with it. im curious about how much boost a auto d-series tranny can hold. im going 2 just do a hf mani,t25,and i can fab good so ill pie cut the pipes. i want get something underway asap. thanks h-t

its not the psi thats gonna kill you its the actually power your gonna make... 15psi in a t-28 is alot less air than 15 psi on a t3/t4

a decent sohc setup can do 200whp fairly easy... which would be perfect for you being that you have a family... But the auto tranny is gonna hold you back ALOT...

You not gonna make much power anyway with the setup you mentioned but the auto tranny isnt gonna take much more than 180whp...
