Socketing a ECU???
I socket ecu's http://www.efituningforless.com $75 shipped via priority mail day after I recieve it.
Is there any difference in the way you would socket an ECU for a certain program? For example, would an ECU socketed to run Hondata be any different from an ECU socketed to run Uberdata or other ROM formats?

Basically no, the hondata ecu's are slightly different, you need to install a header on CN2 and clip J12, but other than that they are all the same.
