Default Smoking HELP!!

I have a D15B7 with a DSM turbo engine ran fine for a while and the it started smoking at idle. When i would come to stoplights the car would idle for about a minute then start to puff. Later it got worse from low compression.

I replaced the engine with one i rebuilt new rings/bearings/gaskets,

Engine runs great but smokes at idle..the smoke is greyish but doesnt smell of oil more like gas than anything. I was thinking valve seals but it doesnt make sense that the new engine (though seals arent new) would be smoking where the other on left off.

I drove it home yesterday with a new crome map running really rich...and when i got home i let it idle and no smoke....but when i got home from work today i let it idle when cold and it smoked..but started to get a bit better when car warmed up.

I dont think its the turbo because it doesnt smoke ...there is no oil in the charge piping and it doesnt smoke when driving now with the new engine.

Im going to weld a bung on soon and tune a bit with the wideband to see..im kinda leaning towards fuel issues...has anyone had smoking issues from a tune.

If anyone has any ideas let me know...im stumped
